All artworks presented within Authentic-not remain the intellectual property of their respective artists.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights to individual artworks, including digital artworks, videos, images, sound works, 3D objects and other artistic content, are reserved by their respective copyright holders.

The public accessibility of an artwork through Authentic-not does not constitute permission or a licence to reproduce, download for further use, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use the artwork.

Any such use requires the prior permission of the respective copyright holder, except where permitted by applicable law.

Viewing and Interaction

Visitors are welcome to access, view and interact with the artworks through the Authentic-not online environment for personal, educational, research and other uses permitted by applicable law.

Access to the website does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights in the artworks or other protected content presented within the exhibition.

Exhibition Content and Documentation

Unless otherwise indicated, curatorial texts, exhibition documentation and original materials created specifically for Authentic-not are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, published, modified or distributed without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Copyright in individual artworks remains with the respective artists regardless of their inclusion within the exhibition, its documentation or research outputs.

Third-Party Content

Links and Access

Authentic-not may be accessed directly or through links, QR codes and other forms of reference presented within physical exhibitions, academic events, publications and other contexts.

Linking to Authentic-not does not grant the linking person, organisation or institution any rights to reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the artworks presented within the exhibition.

Research Context

Authentic-not forms part of the curatorial and doctoral research of Nicole Langrová at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

The association of the project with the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, exhibition institutions or other collaborating organisations does not imply ownership of copyright in the participating artists' works.
